Auflage umfasst 13 Bände sowie einen Registerband und enthält auf ca. 13.200 Seiten umfassende und vertiefte Informationen zum Zivilprozessrecht. Neben der ZPO und der EGZPO sind das Internationale Zivilprozessrecht einschließlich des 11. Buches zur ZPO und das Gerichtsverfassungsgesetz sowie dessen Einführungsgesetz erläutert. In den Kommentierungen werden neben der Rechtsprechung insbesondere die Fragen zum Zustellungsrecht sowie zum Europäischen Zivilprozessrecht besonders berücksichtigt. Der Großkommentar ist auf die Anforderungen und Bedürfnisse der zivilrechtlichen Praxis zugeschnitten. Das Autorenteam besteht aus Richtern, Rechtsanwälten und Professoren. Die Auflage wurdeim Dezember2010 abgeschlossen.
