The tall map could easily be used for mobility by the user. See pics. Good condition with expertly repaired tear with archival mending tape minor separation at several fold junctions.

43 1/4 x 17 inches. Nicely composed road map of Californi laid out to about 43 1/2 ' top to bottom and 17 " wide. It gives the viewer a perspective on the size of the state. There are insets that include Stockton, Fresno, Sacramento, San Francisco and San Diego. Overall a very nice presentation presented at the start of recovery from the Great Depression. Maps like this became handy when the war started in Europe in 1939. Mapping turned to representing the War in Europe. Very good with one or more separations at the folds repaired.
