"Lovingly dedicated to the rhythm and the light-heartedness of the real Hawaii." GOOD HARDCOVER, bounding is tight a nice clean copy. Defects noted: the lower corners of covers bumped along with some wear to the spine and corner edges of the book. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
