There he produced this civic-mined pamphlet in 1956. Issued in three printings: 1) pink, 2) black (ours), and 3) blue. Latter blue edition has 7 ordinance inclusions on rear cover as opposed to 6 in earlier printings. This is a scarce booklet with only 5 copies in OCLC.
