This paper will look at the changing association between China, Africa, and BRICS in the process of building a multipolar world order using a constructivist approach. Beyond materialist views, the paper lays stress on the importance of sharing ideas, norms, and identities in the context of international collaboration. The relations that China practices with the African states are not purely economically motivated, but a discourse of South-South solidarity, development cooperation, and anti-Western domination is created between the two countries. In the BRICS context, such contacts are additionally institutionalized, which is a common desire to change the international frameworks of governance and move towards an inclusive international system. The qualitative research methodology implies that the research will be based on a selection of documents, including official statements, policy papers, BRICS summits declarations, and forums of cooperation between China and Africa. It also uses secondary sources like scholarly sources and master analysis to explain the meanings and interpretations that are given to these relationships. In this way the paper examines that the norms of sovereignty, non-interference, and development cooperation are discussed as socially constructed and reproduced in China-Africa activities and BRICS engagements. The results indicate that China-Africa-BRICS nexus helps redefine global power gradually as it advances new standards and institutional activities. These actors do not challenge the status quo of hegemony directly, but instead, they all redefine international expectations and legitimacy. Indian approach towards Afghanistan, particularly in the background of purposed withdrawal of international forces from Afghanistan is a goal of its classic strategic policy towards Pakistan. It is very important for India that Pakistan does not have a hold in Afghanistan affairs. Historically, India has always tried to prevent Pakistan from gaining any domination in Afghanistan. India would like to minimize Pakistani contribution in the Afghan political affairs and to ensure that an orthodox rule of the Taliban does not emerge again. Pakistan, conversely, has viewed Afghanistan as a counter balance to Indian dominance in South Asia. Islamabad views friendly relationship between India and Afghanistan as disadvantageous to its national security interests as the two states border the two sides of Pakistan. Pakistan feels encircled by India on both sides of its borders. A friendly political affiliation with Kabul is viewed by Pakistan as vital to avoid a strategic position of being caught between a dominant rival India in the east and Afghanistan who declares the 'Pashtun' subjected areas as a part of its country in the west. This fear of strategic encirclement by the India created a security dilemma for the Pakistan. Both India and Pakistan sought for a strategic depth in Afghanistan for the mitigation of their respective security dilemmas. Although there is a long history of antagonism between these states but, many common grounds and mutual working opportunities are also exist which are highlighted in this research. This thesis highlights the significance of a trilateral (India, Pakistan and Afghanistan) solution in Afghanistan and the steps forward from this particular aspect. The possible answer to security dilemma of Pakistan in the context of Afghanistan is a solution within the region. Negotiations or a composite dialogue involving all three states India and Pakistan or Afghanistan emphasizing on common grounds and opportunities can mitigate this security dilemma. At the same time, the recommendations and frameworks provided throughout the book are crafted to support governments, institutions, and practitioners who grapple with the practical challenges of managing AI responsibly and strategically.
