Furthermore they have realized that this will lead to more natural catastrophes, than have already occurred. The scope of the present assignment is to point out what the international climate politics for reducing the human-based greenhouse effect and what is the status quo of emission reduction measures are. Therefore chapter one highlights the fundamentals of the greenhouse effect and which gases trigger it. Especially the carbon dioxide emissions lead to an increased warming of the earth with an amount of 9-26 per cent. The main cause for the greenhouse effectwith approximately 50 per cent is the burning of fossil energy sources like petrol or wood. Chapter two characterizes the development of international climate politics. Beginning in the year 1979 at the first world climate summit a worldwide binding climateprotection was first passed in December 1997 when the United Nations established a protocol at the Nations Conference in Kyoto which has the aim to 'stabilize the amount of greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere at a level that would prevent dangerous anthropogenic interference with the climate system'1. The protocolestablishes legally binding commitments for the reduction of greenhouse gases. So far 183 states have ratified the protocol. Furthermore three different Kyoto Mechanisms will be explained, that are to help to achieve the agreed climate goals. One of these mechanisms is Emission Trading that is used on the one hand on national level within the Kyoto Protocol and on the other hand on company level. The use on company level is implemented in the European Union Emission Trading System thatwill be described in chapter three. By using a cap & trade system the governments of the participant countries try to create incentives for selected sectors to reduce their emission level. This is supposed to be realized by a continuously lowered cap for produced emissions. This lowering is divided in three main phases. The first phase from2005 to 2007 was a testing phase which covered ~ 50 per cent of the national CO2 emissions. The second phase from 2008 to 2012 reduces the emission allowances and includes other greenhouse gases.The third phase will start in 2013 and will again reduce the emission limits and other sectors such as aviation and.

Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, das Markenrecht in seinen Grundzügen zu beschreiben und das Verfahren zur Erlangung von Markenschutz gemäß4 MarkenG vor dem Deutschen Patent- und Markenamt (DPMA) darzustellen. Dazu ist diese Arbeit methodisch in sieben Kapitel untergliedert. Der Begriff der Marke wurde bereits im 17. Jahrhundert verwendet und ist 1874 durch das 'deutsche Gesetz über den Schutz der Marke' erstmalig gesetzlich verankert worden. Von diesem Zeitpunkt an folgten viele Änderungen und Erweiterungen, wie z.B. das 'Gesetz zumSchutz der Warenbezeichung' im Jahre 1894 oder das 'Warenzeichengesetz' im Jahre 1936, was die zunehmende Bedeutung des Markenschutzes widerspiegelte. Im Jahr 1995 wurde dann das 'Gesetz über den Schutz von Marken und sonstigen Kennzeichen' (MarkenG) verabschiedet, welches bis heute Gültigkeit hat. Wird von einer Marke gesprochen, so lassen sich unterschiedliche schutzfähige Markenrechte nach dem MarkenG unterscheiden. Diese können neben den klassischen Wort- und Bildmarken, auch Farbmarken, wie z.B. das Magenta der Firma Telekom, aber auch Hör- oder Zahlmarken sein. Für die Erlangung von Markenschutz sieht das Deutsche MarkenG drei Wege vor. So kann neben der formellen Eintragung einer Marke beim Deutschen Patent- undMarkenamt, auch durch Verkehrsdurchsetzung oder durch die notorische Bekanntheit Markenschutz entstehen. Dabei ist das Verfahren zur Registrierung einer Marke beim DPMA hoch standardisiert. Beginnend mit einigen Vorüberlegungen des Markenanmelders, wie dem Markennamen oder der Markenart, sollte vor der Anmeldung eine Markenrecherche durchgeführt werden. Mit der Einreichung des Anmeldeformulars beginnt der formale Akt derMarkenregistrierung. Das DPMA prüft sodann den Antrag auf formale Fehler sowie auf das Vorhandensein von absoluten Schutzhindernissen. Treten keine Beanstandungen auf, wird die Marke eingetragen und veröffentlicht. Gerade im Rahmen derMarkenregistrierung sind Widerspruchsfristen, sowie die Dauer des Markenschutzes, aber auch eventuelle Folgen von arkenrechtsverletzungen von entscheidenderBedeutung.Das Europäische Markrecht ist in weiten Teilen vergleichbar mit dem Markenrecht aufBundesebene. The coreactivities of E.ON are the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity as wellas the transmission, storage and sale of natural gas.For the corporate evaluation of E.ON, the editor based his calculation on the two mostcommon global evaluation approaches - the discounted cash flow (DCF) and themultiplier method. The DCF method estimates the value of a company by discountingexpected cash flows in the future or determined period of time, similar to the value of aninvestment. For the assessment of the company value, the entity and equity DCFmethod with an assumed constant growth rate between 1.5 and 3 percent, have beenutilized.For the validation of the calculated DCF corporate values the multiplier method wasexecuted as second evaluation method based on Price-Earnings, Price-Book value andPrice-Turnover ratios. For the necessary peer-group, the authors selected the other threebig players RWE, EnBW and Vattenfall, which form an oligopoly market in Germany.Including E.ON they own more than 70 percent of German energy infrastructure andhave a market share of about 95 percent.The calculation of the different entity and equity based discounted cash flows and P/EP/B and P/T ratios resulted in a wide range of corporate values between 73 billion and146 billion Euros.Finally, the average corporate value of the E.ON AG was determined at approximately109 billion Euros. 60 pp. Englisch.

But also sociological-psychological causes like subjective perception of taxburden, falling society values, a bad tax morale and declining loyalty towards the statecan have a tremendous impact on the size of the hidden economy.But is the shadow economy a threat to the official sector At first glance, the questionwhether the shadow economy is dangerous might appear strange. However, there areseveral controversial opinions about this matter. The analysis of the effects caused bythe existence and the growth of the shadow economy is a contradictory topic. Dazu ist dieses Assignment methodisch in fünf Kapiteln gegliedert. Nach der Einführung in die Thematik werden in Kapitel zwei die erneuerbaren Energien mit ihren Vor- und Nachteile dargestellt. Außerdem wird die Frage beantwortet, warum EE überhaupt gefördert werden müssen. Das Kapitel drei beschäftigt sich mit der politischen Entwicklung der Fördermaßnahmen für EE in der EU und den beiden Hauptfördersystemen das Einspeisevergütungssystem und das Quotensystem mit Zertifikathandel.
