Interior pages have No writing, creases or tears. End papers are complete, with a notable soil splotch on bottom of FEP. Very rare to find an 90 year old cook book in such very good condition. Small spot of wear to top rear spine corner. Binding is tight and square, hinges are sound - no cracking. Pages are clean with clean endpapers - no names, writing or marks. Foreword by the author. Illustrated with several full page black & white plates. 284 pages with Index. Dust jacket is complete, not price clipped (2.75 on front inside flap), but is separated at spine folds, with corner chips; light soiling/age-toning; enclosed in new archival quality removable mylar cover.
