The pre-strain was carried out up to a value… of 0.07 in the rolling direction (RD) of the sheet. From the pre-deformed samples, specimens at 0º, 15º, 30º, 45º, 60º, 75º and 90º from the RD were cut and reload in uniaxial tensile test. The influence of the dislocation microstructure and the crystallographic texture developed during the plastic deformation on the mechanical behavior of the material during the pre-strain and reloading was analyzed by transmission electron microscopy, x-ray diffraction and numerical simulations using the polycrystalline visco-plastic self-consistent model. The results showed that the AZ31 alloy presented a strong mechanical anisotropic behavior during reloading, characterized by a decrease of the flow stress with the angle between the two deformation paths. According to the calculations, this behavior is associated with a decrease of the average Taylor factor due to the development of a (0001)101 92 pp. Englisch.

L'influence de la microstructure des dislocations et de la texture cristallographique développée pendant la déformation plastique sur le comportement mécanique du matériau pendant la pré-déformation et le rechargement a été analysée par microscopie électronique à transmission, diffraction des rayons X et simulations numériques utilisant le modèle visco-plastique polycristallin autoconsistant. Les résultats ont montré que l'alliage AZ31 présente un fort comportement mécanique anisotrope pendant le rechargement, caractérisé par une diminution de la contrainte d'écoulement avec l'angle entre les deux chemins de déformation.
