      First edition, first printing (per publisher's "First Published in March 1926" upon copyright page). lviii, 260 pages plus unpaged color and b/w plates plus foldout map at rear. Hardcover: H 29.25cm x L 23.5cm. No dust jacket. Beige cloth well soiled and stained. Dark top edge; toned deckle fore-edge and bottom edge. Past owner's modern name-address label affixed to front pastedown along with Christmas 1928 gift inscription in pencil; some foxing/toning to initial leaves with interior occurrences mostly at plates and their adjacent pages but interior pages overall remain clean. Binding has a few slight stress points but all still reasonably firm. Please note that this large book has an approximate shipping weight of 4.75 pounds (2.15 kg) and may require additional postage for any postal class other than domestic Media Mail.
