Hardcover. Condizione: Very Good. Nicely illustrated hard cover has minor wear on edges, corners and spine ends. Inside. inscription on first page, a 1923 Christmas seal stuck on first page. Charming illustrations by Frederick Richardson. The first half of the book is in great condition. The second half pages have a few small tears at bottom, and damage at right (outside) of pages. Not sure how to describe it - maybe stored in a way that something was smashing down the edge of the pages about 4" of the 7 1/2" height of the book. The damage extends up to 1/2" in from the edge, and does not affect the text or illustrations.
