It has a sewn binding, with all pages firmly attached, with the exception of page 158, in which the binding is showing initial signs o…f loosening. Also, there are approximately 82 pages which have some ink underlining and/or circled words or sentences. Two or three pages have some words written in the margins. No part of the text has been obscured by the writing. A fascinating and informative look at California agriculture in the early part of the twentieth century, long before the advent of agri-chemicals. 255 pages.
