Offered is an essay entitled "In Defence of Free Migration" (Libertarian Alliance Reprints No. 3) written by Richard Ebeling and published in 1983 by the Libertarian Alliance out of London, England. A single sheet measuring 8-1/4" by 11-11/16" printed on both sides. No date, although circa 1…983. This article first appeared in the March-April issue of "The Libertarian Forum." The author writes, "For every immigrant, America offered a new beginning, a second chance without the oppressive air of privilege and power. A Swedish immigrant wrote home in the 1880's that his 'cap is not worn out from lifting it in the presence of gentlemen - There is no class distinction between high and low, rich and poor, no make-believe, no 'title-sickness' or artificial ceremonies - Everybody lives in peace and prosperity.'".
