Frost. ***Near fine in green cloth-covered boards with gilt titles to the spine. Boards beautifully clean and unmarked, with just a small patch of fading at the tail of the spine where there is a small chip to the dustwrapper. The spine is slightly discoloured. Tail of spine just very slightly creased. Corners sharp. Edges of text-block also very clean. No foxing. No inscriptions. Interior pages clean. Spine tight. ***In a very good original illustrated dustwrapper, which retains the original publisher's printed price of 10s. 6d. net on the front flap. The dustwrapper is complete except for just a small loss at top and tail of the spine, not affecting the title lettering. The spine of the dustwrapper is slightly faded, and the rear panel is slightly marked, which shows more as it is a light cream colour. Apart from very light edge-wear and light creasing, there are no significant faults.
