With brief, occasional, minor signs of use/age. Very well-conditioned for its age, no significant defects (slight inconsequential tearing starting over the front interior hinge). Cloth binding shows very little wear at all. Very sound and solid. The book is quite clean and stain-free, square and straight, very firm and tight in its binding, no pages are loose, torn, folded, creased, or missing. The hinges are sound, the corners are unbumped. All pages are clean and stain free, and all text is sharp and legible. There is no writing, underlining, highlighting, or other such markings anywhere in the book.
