Dans ce travail, nous avons étudié la formulation d'un milieu de culture alternatif à la SRM, en utilisant du petit-lait et d'autres nutriments évalués. Les techniques impliquaient des cultures de Lactobacillus acidophilus La 04 avec différentes formulations. Les nutriments tels que les minéraux et les facteurs de croissance, les vitamines et les protéines ont été évalués par la formulation de milieux complexes. Après l'analyse des cultures, des aspects tels que le pH, l'acidité, le nombre de cellules et les sucres consommés ont été analysés. Voedingsstoffen zoals mineralen en groeifactoren, vitaminen en eiwitten werden geëvalueerd door middel van de formulering van complexe media.
