In May 2012, he was sworn in as the 29th Chief Justice, serving as leader of Georgia's judicial system until Dec. 31, 2012 ; Gerald E. "Jerry" Eickhoff is a prominent Atlanta-based businessman and philanthropist known for leading the World Outreach Fund (Christian ministries), founding Honduras Outreach, Inc. (HOI), and holding leadership roles in various tech/finance firms like BEI Holdings and Enterpulse, with a long career in finance, technology, and Christian missions after graduating from Georgia State University.
