From 1968 he served as "Senior Statistical Research Analyst" in the Department of Statistics. In 1972 he published his first book "How To Create an Ideal Society" by implementing "Dual Monetary System" (DMS). Under DMS an "Electronic Money" is put into circulation and it will eliminate all economic evils like poverty, unemployment, corruption, and nuclear war. In 1982, the International Socio Economic Research Bureau published his book "A New World OrderA Manifesto". On the merit of the book he was invited to World Economic Conference by the Nobel Laureate Kenneth J Arrow for group discussion.
