For the senior citizens interviewed, the greatest obstacles are the high effort required to reach the forest and a lack of infrastructure in the vicinity. Jahrhundert und unterstreicht die charakteristischen Besonderheiten der Landwirtschaft, wie die Flächengebundenheit, die Notwendigkeit einer bestimmten zeitlich unveränderbaren Abfolge von Arbeitsabläufen, die Abhängigkeit der meisten Arbeiten von naturräumlichen Gegebenheiten und der Witterung, sowie die Abhängigkeit von den verfügbaren Arbeitskräften und Gespanntieren. Dabei wurden auf Basis von Angaben aus dem franziszeischen Steuerkataster aus dem Jahr 1829 Flächennutzung und Produktionssystem für das Dorf und einzelne Höfe rekonstruiert. Aus der zeitgenössischen landwirtschaftlichen Literatur wurden Faktoren zum tätigkeitsspezifischen Bedarf an menschlicher und tierischer Arbeit ermittelt, und damit der Arbeitszeitbedarf verschiedener Tätigkeiten geschätzt.
