Good, plus; rear cover shows notable tear from long ago, tape-repaired long ago; see scan. No other salient flaws, other than the ever-present crinkle to the edges of the covers and some of the uncut pages caused by the over-extended circuit-binding ("yapp" binding) favored by the Club at that time. Contents near fine. Clean, binding sturdy. Closer to VG than Good, but, technically, Good. See all scans. Lead article by Alden Sampson, "The Aftermath of a Club Outing" (?!), spans some 23 pages.
