Vintage reference photograph from the 1964 film, showing actor Albert Finney. With the stamp of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer on the verso, along with a stamp noting the film's title for the French release, "La Force des tenebres." Based on the 1937 film, which was based in turn on the 1935 play by Emlyn Williams. A blue-collar sociopath…charms his way into the home of a reclusive, wealthy invalid, where he seduces both her daughter and her maid while posing as the household butler. Set and shot on location in Hertfordshire, England. 8 x 10 inches. Very Good plus, slightly wavy, with pinholes and light rust to the corners.
