Bu eserde aruz vezniyle ve divan edebiyati nazim sekilleriyle yazilmis, 15. yuzyildan gunumuze kadar tespit edilebilen 204 saire ait 517 manzume bulunmaktadir. Eserin bas kisminda Kerbela hadisesi ile direkt veya dolayli olarak ilgili bircok konuda da detayli bir inceleme sunulmustur ki bu incelemede su konular yer almaktadir: Kerbela, Hz.
