With 26 full-page color plates showing calligraphy-inspired typefaces, a tipped-in color plate, and numerous B&W figures. Slight page waviness. Technically ex library but with only a few very tiny ex lib stamps on the rear pastedown. Else an immensely clean copy. Gently read if read at all. A Very Good Plus copy. This publication was printed to mark the occasion of Hermann Zapf's fifty years in alphabet design. Weight 1 lb. 14 oz.
