The effect of magnetic field on oxidative stress (reduced glutathione and total lipid peroxide), hematological indices, total and differential leukocytic counts, cardiac functions (creatinine phsphokinase and lactate dehydrogenase), level of calcium ions concentrations and total proteins content, have been investigated in this work. The present book has been conducted on the effect of magnetic field for 7 days (2 hours/day) in the case of exposure. Blood samples were obtained from the rat's before and after 2,4,6,8,10,12, and 14 hours post-exposure to the magnetic field.Blood was used for the determination of hematological indices, total and differential leukocytic counts and reduced glutathione content (GSH). However, serum samples were used for the determination of the level of total lipid peroxide, activities of creatinine phosphokinase (CPK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), calcium ions concentration and total proteins content. To obtain serum, the collected blood was incubated at 37 degree centigrade for one hour in clean dry test tubes, then centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 20 min. Les concentrations d'acide phosphorique ont un effet remarquable sur la croissance, tandis que l'ajout de Cr et de Cd a montré qu'il n'a pas d'effet sur la croissance des arganiers. En deuxième temps, une étude du suivi du comportement physicochimique de certains métaux lourds et oligoéléments dans l'arganier a été réalisée. Les résultats d'analyse ont été montrés que les dates des mesures n'influent pas sur la dispersion des données. La modélisation de la distribution des métaux lourds et oligo-éléments dans le sol forestier et dans les différentes parties d'arganier des différentes régions du Maroc ont indiqué que l'huile d'argan de cinq différentes zones géographiques est riche en phosphore. Enfin, l'étude de l'influence de variabilités spatio-temporelle sur les teneurs en éléments diététiques dans l'huile d'argan extraite d'Essaouira, Ait Baha, Taroudant et Agadir à différente date a montré que la période et la région de la récolte n'influent pas sur la teneur en éléments diététiques dans l'huile d'argan. 168 pp. Französisch.
