Sky blue cloth binding, white front and spine lettering, glorious glossy colour tour photography by Eva Vermandel and Joss McKinley throughout, plus 2 unused, mint condition CDs in windows to the rear (PS the 3 inch film stills are missing from the front sleeve), the book, issued without a dust jacket is in fair to good condition with some general light staining/ spotting to the cloth plus some creasing to the spine.
