Es ist hervorragend geeignet für jeden Homöopathen aber auch interessierten Laien, der sich etwas tiefer in die Materie einlesen möchte. Die Portraits der Mittel sind humorvoll und facettenreich dargestellt. Man kann nachvollziehen wie Homöopathie entstanden ist und wie man in Mitteln "denkt". Es lässt sich flüssig lesen und wird dabei nie langweilig, schon aufgrund der zahlreichen Fallbeispiele an berühmten Personen. Im dritten Band steht die vergleichende Materia Medica für einige Themenbereiche (Hellsehen, Misstrauen etc.) im Vordergrund. Alle drei Werke sind allerdings nicht geeignet um Akutmittel zu finden, sondern eher um sein Wissen um die Konstitutionstypen zu vertiefen. Natürlich ist es nicht das einzige was man zur Mittelwahl zu Rate ziehen sollte, aber als tätiger Homöopath sollte man einfach so viel wie möglich lesen und vergleichen um ein "vollständig und rundes Bild" von jedem Mittel zu bekommen.
