In addition to the proceedings from the international conference "Charism and Creativity", this volume presents the findings of the survey conducted on the management of cultural heritage within communities of consecrated life. These results highlight a scenario marked by precarity and fragility. However, this volume seeks to inspire a shift in perspective regarding the vast ecclesiastical heritage: from being perceived as a burden, it can be reimagined as a new opportunity, and this is an essential prerequisite for implementing effective strategies and projects of preservation and promotion.
