Condition is Near Fine: feels never opened! Extremely clean & tightly bound, pages lightly tanned but completely clean & unmarked. Irregular dark stain inside front cover & a slight waviness to about the first 20 pages, but NO evidence of dampstaining here. Just a hint of rubbing to extremities.
