Spatial distribution of polarization was studied, as well as thermally stimulated depolarization processes and pyroelectric activity. Interrelation between polarization and space charge was disclosed and described. Authors themselves got all experimental data and developed phenomenological models allowing to formulate practical advices on optimal poling parameters for obtaining high and stable residual polarization.
