Paperback. Condizione: New. Print on Demand. This book carefully analyzes the memory of the Basque politician, Lucas de Olazábal, who served as the Montes de Piedad under the title, Soil, Climate, and Forest of Vizcaya. The author conducts an in-depth examination of Olázabal's questionable practices and claims. Focusing on the geological and botanical aspects of Olázabal's work, the book highlights numerous inconsistencies, factual inaccuracies, and questionable scientific methods employed by Olázabal. Through a meticulous comparison of Olázabal's work with established scientific literature, the author exposes the author's unsubstantiated claims and reveals serious flaws in his research. The book also raises concerns about the potential risks of blindly following Olázabal's agricultural recommendations, such as his emphasis on maize pruning, which the author argues may not be as beneficial as Olázabal claims. The author's rigorous analysis and thoughtful examination of the subject matter provide valuable insights into the importance of scientific rigor and the need for critical evaluation of research findings, particularly in areas where biased perspectives or personal agendas may influence the dissemination of scientific information. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format.
