Wegen des flachen Geländes musste der Vorhof des Grabes tief in den anstehenden Felsboden getrieben werden, um das Grab von dort aus nach Westen hin in das bröckelige Gestein des Felsens hauen zu können. Mehrere Generationen später nutzte Hori diesen Vorhof und ließ sein Grab (datiert in die 20. Dynastie) in den anstehenden Felsen der Südwand des Hofes schlagen (TT 259).
