Dabei fügt er dann in die Randspalte das jeweilige Rezept ein, das leicht nachzuvollziehen ist. Wenn er mal keine Geschichte parat hat, dann beschreibt er einfach so ein paar legendäre Drinks der berühmten "Bar Hemingway" im Ritz Paris, aber auch "Standard"-Rezepturen kommen nicht zu kurz. Fazit: ein klasse Buch, das vielleicht nicht den Umfang eines Schumann aufweist, jedoch auf Grund der vielen netten Stories uns ein echtes Stück Lebensart näher bringt.
