Im Kontext von Produktionsanlaufprojekten wurde hierbei ein adäquater Koordinationsansatz im Grundsatz entwickelt, der unabhängig von der Informationssituation ermà glicht, Ablaufentscheidungen unter à konomischen Gesichtspunkten optimal zu treffen. Der Koordinationsansatz basiert auf einer unscharfen Netzplantechnik, deren Einsatzbereich sowie Handhabung in dieser Studie beschrieben wird.
