Joining other members of the gang he decided to pick up his pen, helped by Lisner, a Fleet Street journalist and give his own slant on the criminal underworld. Two sets of illus: plates in the middle and cheaply copied photos at the end - about fifty in all. No index or subsidiary material of any kind - just the story.
