A bit concave, moderate soil on boards, corners bumped with a bit of cardboard exposed there, paper missing (approx 2/3 of it is laid in) from spine. Internally, front and rear hinges cracked, with boards attached by gauze only, an occasional stray pencil check mark in text, but o/w tight, clean, unmarked. Interesting period piece from the days when women were gradually gaining acceptance in the business world, consisting of short chapters full of practical advice on dress, personal relations, proper conduct, etc. Women's studies; history; feminism; business; etiquette; glass ceiling.
