This pamphlet is complete in 39 pages, though most likely issued with wrappers, which this copy is missing. Dobie has signed twice, once on the table of contents with a line to his article and a proclamation of "propaganda," and again at his appearance on pg 17. Worldcat shows 2 holdings, though only of the separate article. Very good, saddle stitched with tanning to edges of paper and a split to the title page spine, up to the first staple.
