Copyright page dated 1916. 105 pages, as well as about ten pages of "Queen Jelly Bean's Candy Receipts". In fair condition. Cloth is worn along edges of cover, exposing boards at corners. The cloth is missing from the bottom 2 inches of the spine The remainder of the spine is attached only along the front hinge, exposing the netting underneath. Though there are a few small scuffs and scratches, the front cover lettering and illustration are mostly clean and sharp. Binding is loose, front and back endpapers split along the gutter. Neat inscription on front flyleaf. Pages are a bit smudged in places, but overall free of tears or folds. Vintage children's book is overall fairly worn, but charming. Frontispiece features color illustration of a boy and a fairy. Several other brightly colored illustrations featured throughout.
