Song originally introduced and featured as her Radio Theme Song by Ethel Shutta star of "Whoopee" and "Ziegfeld Fol…lies". By Howard Johnson, Freed Steele and Morton Lang. Cover has black and white photo of Ethel Shutta. In good condition with a few small nicks and tears and light creasing to edges and corners. Previous owner's name in ink on front cover. Light overall scuffing, aging and soiling to pages as well, but pages are otherwise unmarked. NOT Ex-Library.
