Fotografia
Two vintage reference photographs from the acclaimed 1953 film, one showing director Fred Zinneman and a camera crew setting up the film's famous beach scene with Burt Lancaster and Deborah Kerr, the other showing the crew capturing said scene. Both with Columbia stamps on the verso, and one with a printed mimeo snipe affixed to same. Based on the 1951 novel by James Jones, set in Schofield Army Barracks in Honolulu, in the languid days before the attack on Pearl Harbor. Winner of eight Academy Awards, and nominated for the Palme d'Or. Set and shot on location in Hawaii. 10 x 8 inches. Fine.
