Facsimile letter printed inside front wrap from the Postmaster, stating that this text is "not entitled to circulation in the mails on the ground that [it] is of an indecent character." Whole, with partial split to paper over spine, one or two small chips to edges, slight soil to wraps but internally clean: Very Good. Very early American reprint. Dated July 15, 1890, thus later than the two translations published in June.
