Sullwold). Both sections are illustrated with photographs and a few line illustrations. The descriptive bibliography is particularly rich with pictures of covers, dust-jackets, and illustrations. Sullwold has sadly passed away - attempts to access the publishing business were null) PHYSICAL DETAILS : Contains a frontispiece halftone photograph of Joseph Lincoln and numerous other photos, as well as a few line drawings; contains a Preface, an Introduction, a generous Descriptive Bibliography, an Index; size = 6" x 9"; pale beige imitation leather over boards (Leatherette); gilt lettering on spine and front board; [xiv] + 322 pages; text and pictures printed on calendered paper throughout; decorated dust-jacket has a photo portrait of the author, Percy Fielitz Rex. Folded and inserted between the rear end-papers is a single xeroxed sheet of a list of Lincoln's books from Titcomb's Bookshop in East Sandwich, Massachusetts. The list has many check-marks next to the titles. CONDITION - - BOOK : VERY GOOD - DUST-JACKET : VERY GOOD - - This is a previously owned book which remains clean and presentable, with the following particulars noted : EXTERIOR -- Clean and free of signs of handling - exceptional. BINDING -- Solid - tight INTERIOR - - A touch of weathering (or perhaps mild foxing) to the end-papers; the fore-edge of the rear free end-paper has a slight crimp (or surface crease); there is a tiny spot which is either a minute "tea stain" or a small touch of darker foxing - else the interior is free of signs of handling and has no marking - no signatures. DUST-JACKET -- There are a few edge nicks and small tears; front and rear panels display cleanly; spine is somewhat faded; the reverse side is considerably toned, and there is a loss of surface at the foot of the spine panel (looks like there had been some tape thereon.
