Erwähnt als Lehrer die Professoren Leopold Casper und Otto Zucker…kandl. - Seit 1904 war Necker an der chirurgisch-urologischen Abteilung am Rothschild-Spital in Wien Assistent von Otto Zuckerkandl. 1923 wurde er zum Leiter der urologischen Station im Wiener Rudolfinerhaus bestellt. Er war seit Gründung der Österreichischen Gesellschaft für Urologie deren Mitglied und Vorsitzender in den Jahren 1925 und 1936. 1938 emigrierte er nach London.
