This volume 310 pp. followed by a single page ad for two "Other Books by Miss Van Dyne," (those being the first two titles of the "Aunt Jane's Nieces" series), which makes sense only if Edith Van Dyne WAS the same person as Floyd Akers, which she was, both being pen names for L. Frank Baum (1856-1919, "The Wizard of Oz," 1900.).
