Au contreplat supérieur ex-Libris de La Roche Lacarelle.Philibert Bugnyon, juriconsulte mâconnais, est en réalité l'éditeur ces chroniques très rares -en latin- sur la ville de Mâcon, c'est ce qu'indique l'Abbé Papillon dans son ouvrage intitulé "La Bibliothèque des Auteurs de Bourgogne" ( pages 117, 131 et 132). Il précise n'avoir jamais vu un autre exemplaire que celui qui lui appartenait. Jean Fustaillier "Fr. Fustalerius" est le véritable auteur.
