Åke Göransson räknas idag till de främsta representanterna för Göteborgskolorismen och detta är det första, mer omfattande verket om honom. Boken innehåller en illustrerad Catalogue Raisonné som upptar samtliga kända målningar med proveniens, bildbeskrivning, utställningar och litteratur.".
