Most of book grades as a strong VG to VG+ but condition was lowered due to the front end page which is almost attached. Exterior shows minor handling wear along with minor edge and corner bumps. Internal binding of the text pages is tight but there is some thin cracking starting at the rear board in the front end page is barely hanging on by a whisper. Inscribed on the second end page by unknown parties though it appears to be someone of significance. Pages are toned due to age and there some very light spotting and smudge marks present.
