CDH occurs in about 1 in every 1,500 births and the reason is yet unidentified. This book is a comprehensive compilation of works of different researchers from varied parts of the world. On the back of the last page of the work is a Doctor's name , specialty, city where located and hospital where she worked. (in ink) The covers have a few very light indentations that are present if held to light at the correct angle. The rest of the book is clean, tight and bright.
