First edition of this unit history of the Second Oregon Volunteer Infantry during the Spanish-American War and the Philippine Insurrection. The 2nd Oregon fought in five campaigns, and 42 battles, engagements, and skirmishes through 1899, with 16 killed in action, 48 of related wounds, and 88 wounded in action.…
