Foreword by the author dated April, 1919. From a private home collection, with previous owner's bookplate on front pastedown. No slipcase. Spine sunned, light abrasions on boards near front edge, presumably from slipcase. Interior appears free of markings. Binding is tight, sturdy, and square.
