Prima edizione
Soft cover. Condizione: Good. 1st Edition. Water damage has warped the pages of the Golden Grocer's third collection of Portland reveries -- he's left his signature and "Best wishes 1/28/86" on the title page as well, just under the presumable book owner's name -- but doesn't that just add character to an otherwise musty old volume? Perhaps we could do without the coffee stain on front cover or small greasemark on back, but anyone looking for a hyper-specialied guide to the post-war years of NE Portland's Upper Sandy Blvd post-war years (Rose City Race Track, Goat Annie's Goat Farm, the Midget Motel, etc) will delight nonetheless. Extremely rare. See photos.
