Introduction page states the book was published for private distribution only and dated November 1, 1926, and signed The Pilgrimage Committee. Light brown boards with gilt on front. No handwriting or bookplates noted. Exterior boards are clean with only minor bumping two corners and spine edges and a light dampstain in the lower right corner. Light foxing noted and a few fingerprints. Previous bookseller's price was penciled on the front end page but has been erased. Condition VG. See photos.

The ivory color pages have random smudge prints. Pages are secure but spine is pulled in several areas.
